- Pre-retreat Introduction Call in September 2024 with Jen
- Ground transfer from your Ubud accommodation to our resort on 5 October 2024
- Opening Ceremony and Blessing
- Daily fresh juices before yoga classes

What’s not included:
You are responsible for:
- Travel insurance - All participants must have travel insurance to attend the retreat
- Flights to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali
- One lunch on our shopping day
- Guided visit to a sacred waterfall
- All cocktails, snacks or drinks and spa treatments
- Add-on activities (such as cooking classes)
- Any extra nights you choose to enjoy your adventure in Bali.
Terms and Conditions
The $550 deposit is refundable until 15 January 2024. After that I do not offer refunds for the retreat but I do offer credits. Cancellation fee and credit details are as follows:
- If you cancel before 1 April 2024, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat up to the same value
- If you cancel 45 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire retreat payment credit.
I reserve the right to cancel any retreat at any time, if due to natural disaster, political unrest or other disruptions or events beyond your control (“Force Majeure events), the operation of the trip would be unsafe or otherwise unviable.
Payment Plans are available (Click the button for the 2 part payment plan). By selecting a Payment Plan you agree to pay the account balance 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Payments that are not made prior to the retreat start date may incur interest and related charges. I will issue tax invoices for each instalment payable under a Payment Plan.
It is a requirement that participants have international travel insurance cover prior to attending the retreat. It is the responsibility of the Traveller to ensure that travel insurance is taken out prior to the commencement of the retreat. Jen Ramsey is not responsible or liable for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property or person's wellbeing. While the coverage provided by travel insurance varies based on the policy you select, as a general rule your cover must insure you for overseas medical and trip delay/cancellation.
Please ensure you understand what your travel insurance policy will cover you for.
You agree to provide a copy of a valid travel insurance certificate via email to hello@jenramsey.com prior to the retreat start date.
In the event the retreat cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by the Commonwealth Government or any state or territory government, the retreat will be rescheduled, and you will be offered a place on the rescheduled retreat.
Refunds will not be issued because of any Covid-19 interference or restrictions.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and registering my place, I confirm that I am fit to undertake the activities of this retreat and have consulted with my doctor or health professional provider prior to registration. I have disclosed any relevant injuries or conditions to the retreat organiser prior to registration. I understand that I participate in this retreat at my own risk, and agree to waive any liability by the event organiser for any injuries or conditions and I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, nor retreat organiser is liable for any injury or damages to the person or property, resulting from participating in this retreat.

Sharing the Love
A portion of the proceeds from our retreat will be donated to the Bali Street Mum's Project who work to remove mothers and children begging in Bali's tourist spots. Bali Street Mum's Project provides the mothers and children with food and accommodation. They work to lift the mothers and children out of the cycle they are in by giving the children education and to train the mothers in creating crafts and jewellery for sale.
I have spent a lot of time in Bali and have a great love for the high frequency and healing energy of this beautiful island and its gentle people. This is a little way to give back to Bali, so it is my honour to provide some support through this event.
